Solaris Network
A downloadable game for Windows
Description
Build and expand train track loops to bring your train, the Solaris, close enough to animals to save, and fires to extinguish!
Thanks to advanced technology, the workshop wagon of the Solaris can build tracks from scrap metal, your mech recycled from old tracks and piles of trash lying around. What a nice circular economy!
Don't waste time, though, the world (but mostly the people in your train) is watching and you need to keep their hope for a bright future up!
Gameplay
Use your mech to recycle scrap metal to bring to the workshop wagon that will then start to produce rails, but only when the train is stopped, during the night!
Use those rails to expand the loop and bring your train close enough to animals to save, and fire to extinguish (don't forget to fill the Solaris water tank though).
Bring the Hope gauge as high as possible by doing good actions (e.g. saving animals, extinguishing fire, etc.) and to not loose to much of it by letting the fire spread, burning plants burn and threatening animals' home.
Known Bugs & Issues
- The game may randomly crash because of a bad optimization of grass on our side (sorry)
- The Hope gain and Loss data is set way too low (first time on Godot, mistakes were made)
- The "laying track" preview isn't as good as it should be
